Pricing model

Four price layers, all of them yours to control.

We publish a wholesale price sheet and a platform floor. Everything above the floor is your decision, set in the console, versioned, and applied at settlement.

Standard program

Wholesale price sheet

Published rates for plans, devices, payments and modules. You mark up freely above the platform floor and keep the difference.

  • Set your own retail on every line
  • SaaS margin and payment residuals split at settlement
  • Sandbox and go-live support included
  • Co-marketing in your territory included

Subscription plans

The recurring plan a merchant pays every month. You publish your own plan names and retail prices, we charge a wholesale rate per active merchant, and the difference is your SaaS margin.

    from $49

    wholesale, per merchant, per month

  • Growth

    Multi terminal, kiosk, online ordering

Device licenses

Every terminal, kitchen display, handheld and kiosk carries its own monthly license, so a merchant with eight terminals and two kitchen screens is priced accurately.

  • Point of Sale terminal

    Native app, offline capable

    $12

    wholesale, per device, per month

  • Kitchen display

    Ticket routing and bump screens

    $8

  • Self-order kiosk

Payment rates

You set the merchant-facing card rate per region and per card type. Your cost sits underneath it, and the spread is a residual paid to you on every transaction.

  • Card present, US

Adyen rails, tap, chip and swipe

    2.2% + 8c

    your cost, per transaction

  • Card not present, US

Online ordering and pay by link

    2.5% + 15c

    your cost, per transaction

  • Card present, UK and GCC

    Local acquiring where available

    from 1.4%

    your cost, per transaction

  • Payouts

    Automatic split at settlement

    included

    no per payout fee

Per-module pricing

Modules can be priced on their own, bundled into a plan, given away to win a deal, or sold as an upsell later. This is where most partners find their second margin line.

  • Loyalty

    Your program, your rules

    $15

    wholesale, per merchant, per month

  • Online ordering

Guest site on your own domain

    $25

Co-marketing

Marketing is part of the margin story.

A portion of the revenue from your merchant book is reinvested into local campaigns under your brand. We handle paid social, search, TV, out-of-home, and local events in your territory, so merchants see your name while you keep your markup.

What is covered

  • Campaign planning and creative under your brand
  • Paid social, search, TV, out-of-home and local events
  • Territory-based spend, not a generic national pool

Resolution order

Which price wins, in plain words.

A merchant-specific price wins over a promotion, which wins over a volume slab, which wins over the base retail, and nothing goes below the platform floor.

1

Merchant-specific price

A price you negotiated for one merchant beats everything else. It is the most specific instruction in the system, so it is honored first.

2

Promotion

An active promotion, a free first three months or a launch discount, applies next when no merchant-specific price exists.

3

Volume slab

Your tiered pricing by count, for example a lower per-merchant rate once a group passes fifty locations, applies when there is no promotion.

4

Base retail

Your published list price is the fallback. If nothing more specific matched, this is what the merchant pays.

The platform floor

Under all four layers sits the wholesale floor. No promotion, slab or negotiated deal can price a merchant below it. The console refuses the save and tells you which line broke the floor, so a discount can never quietly turn a deal into a loss.

Financial services

Beyond software, the next margin line.

Software margin and payment residuals are the first two revenue lines. The third is financial services, and it is where the largest partner economics live. These are on the roadmap, not live today.

Roadmap

Merchant advance

Funding against future card volume, repaid as a share of daily settlement. You earn a share of every advance, and you carry none of the credit risk.

Roadmap

Expense cards

Virtual and physical cards for managers and staff, with category and velocity controls, issued under your brand.

Roadmap

Instant settlement

Same day access to today's sales instead of waiting for the standard settlement cycle, priced per acceleration.

We see menu mix, labor, covers and seasonality, not just settlement totals. That is a materially better basis for underwriting a restaurant than a payment processor has.
